UK gender pay gap reporting

Find information about the difference in pay between Sightsavers’ female and male staff.

  • The difference in mean pay during the pay period between male and female employees: 3.13% higher for men

In 2022, the mean difference was 3.17% in favour of men, in 2021 it was 0.27% in favour of men and in 2020 it was 0.22% in favour of women. This is substantially lower than the national average each year and the fluctuations are very small.

  • The difference in median pay during the pay period between male and female employees: 3.06% higher for men

In 2022 the difference in median pay was 3.27% in favour of men, in 2021 it was 1.76% in favour of men, in 2020 it was 4.49%.
